Description
The Gallagher Doc Watson model is the most recognized of all Gallagher guitars. Doc, Merle and J.W. designed this guitar to be a flat pickers dream. The top is Sitka spruce paired with a mahogany back and sides. This dreadnought is right at home on stage or in the studio. Not only is it great for flat picking but, as Doc has proven, is a great finger picker as well. It has a 1 3/4" nut width on a C shaped neck with jumbo frets. The herringbone trim is a nice feature and the voiced bracing really lets the top ring. Comes with hardshell case.
